When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are subject to quality control inspection prior to shipment. Orders will be dispatch within 48 hours after order has been placed (excluding Pre-order item).

Pre-Order items will generally be dispatched within 2 - 3 weeks after order has been placed (excluding processing time).  

Where is my order coming from? 

Tranquillity and Love's fulfillment house is situated in Western Australia.

What is the shipping cost? 

The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product, shipping type and final shipment destination and recipient address . 

Dose Tranquillity and Love ship internationally? 

Yes, we do. 

I have received a tracking number but it has not been updated

Please allow 2 - 5 business days for tracking number to be updated by our carrier.
