Refund and Exchange Policy
Tranquillity and Love wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if for any reason you’ve changed your mind or want to return it, we offer a store credit for the product(s) you are returning, or a refund in the event of faulty product(s).
REFUND AND EXCHANGE CRITERIA
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to process your return, please ensure that all product(s) is in the original condition as you have received it. Such as:
- Unopened and/or Unused
- Label is still attached with to the original packaging
- Return(s) is made within the correct timeframe
- Receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at info@tranquillityandlove.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions as to where you can send your return package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns that does not comply with Tranquillity and Love's above criteria, will not accepted, and will be subject to return to sender at the sender's cost. Please note, Tranquillity and Love will not be responsible for the return shipping or other associated costs to the return.
In the event of a return, we highly recommend that the customer use a shipping carrier who can provide a tracking number so that you can track your shipment. Please ensure to obtain and retain the tracking number for your own records, as Tranquillity and Love will not be responsible for lost packages in transit and/or packages that are lost due to items being returned to Tranquillity and Love via a non-trackable carrier.

FAULTY/ INCORRECT ORDER
Tranquillity and Love is sincerely apologetic if the product(s) you received was incorrect or faulty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify accordingly. Damaged items will be addressed by the parcel carrier, in accordance with, and capped by standard insurance coverage.
EXCEPTION AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as, pre-order products and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials and flammable liquids. Please get in touch with our team, should you have questions or concerns about your returning item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not via email. If it is approved, you’ll receive an automatic store credit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ALL EXCHANGE(S) AND REFUND(S)
A store credit will be issued to you for the cost value of the product(s) at the time you made the purchase. In order to issue a store credit, you must either have an existing Tranquillity and Love account or created a Tranquillity and Love account, to receive the store credit.
Please allow 5 business days to process your return, from the date of Tranquillity and Love receiving your returned product(s). If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered but your store credit has not shown in your Tranquillity and Love account after 5 business days, please get in contact with our Team.
CANCELATION ON ORDERS
If you request a cancelation within 3 hours of placing an order, Tranquillity and Love can provide a full refund on that order.
Pre-Order purchases cannot be canceled and will not be refunded.
