ORDER DELIVERY NOTICE                                                                                Due to the current world pandemic, there may be limited availability in shipping services which may result in temporary delays on shipment acceptance and the estimated arrival dates.

Tranquillity and Love is working extremely hard to have your order delivered in the estimated timeframe. We are appreciative of your support and business, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.                    
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Shipping 7 - 14 Business Days Delivery (cost varies based on location).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING                                                                                 All orders are shipped directly from Australia. Shipments may be subject to customs, duties and taxes fees based on your country.

International shipping is estimated to take 7–30 days to arrive. However, there is no guarantee that order can be delivered within a specific date or on time. Orders may travel to its destination by ground, air, sea or a combination of all listed methods. 

GST

Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable on all purchases and is calculated at checkout.                                                                                                                  

Note: Customers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes ("costs") designated by your country and region.  Tranquillity and Love is not liable for such costs and is unable to provide customers estimates of such costs (if any), nor provide refunds on purchases due to such costs. Tranquillity and Love recommends that customers understand any third-party costs prior to purchase.

The grand total of your order as displayed at checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.                                                                                                                  

Refusing to Pay Customs                                                                                   If customers choose to refuse any customs fees (or other costs) and the parcel is returned back to Tranquillity and Love, the shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.  If customers are unsure of whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
